Dear Reiki Friends,

My name is Tania Bakas and I am a new Reiki Master. I am pleased to
have found your message board as I can see many positive and loving
souls have posted here! It's too bad the last post appears to have
been in July because there seems to be a lot of potential in this
forum!

I share your enthusiasm for Reiki and I felt it was appropriate to
post about a new Reiki venture that I and my friend, and fellow
Reiki Master Tracy Lydiatt are involved in.

We have joined together on a mission to collect as many inspiring
stories about the power of Reiki healing and create an anthology of
stories that will inspire, uplift, and enlighten you.

We love practicing Reiki and have witnessed incredible events which
have transpired because of using Reiki as a healing tool. So we
began to think that if we are seeing these things, then others must
be as well. It is our wish to share these stories of love and
healing and spread good Reiki Vibes!!!

The Reiki Vibes book is a collection of inspiring stories about
Reiki. The intention of the book is to promote the beneficial use of
Reiki as a healing technique. Our goal is to connect readers with
Reiki stories that provide insight, strength, humor and inspiration.

Story content can range from the benefits of Reiki on a physical,
emotional or mental health level to healing plants and animals with
the help of Reiki. Story content can also include healing
experiences involving children. Additionally, we encourage stories
about distant Reiki experiences as we feel it is an important part
of Reiki practice.

We are collecting stories until November 30th, 2006. We are
graciously accepting story submissions through:

Authors of stories chosen for publication will be contacted by
Canadian postal mail and we will request your permission to print
the story. Stories may be edited for length and clarity and will
contain no original names or identifying features. Authors will be
listed by their initials, state/province and country unless they
wish to have their full details published. Final edits for approval
will be included in the mail requesting permission to publish your
story.

We are pleased to offer Reiki Practitioners a free business listing
in our book.

We are thrilled to be working on this project and appreciate your
time, effort and support. We feel blessed to be walking this path
filled with Reiki and to be connected to so many other wonderful
Reiki beings in the world.
