Hi Energyia, I to am seeing hands, however they are misty-white, and
there are many with me.

Now, you experience is as valid as mine, remember that please.
She maybe your guide or maybe someone who is helping you. It is
possible that you will be able to communicate with her too.

When you are working Reiki, you are trying to keep your mind out of
the way, aren't you?

In those moments, one may see the field (inside the body) that one
work on it, or one may feel where is a problem, but also one may
experience hearing within one's mind a voice of one's guide, let it
be, don't block it, do not be afraid, just let it be.

Our guides love us and are coming only to help us.
