Re: Toxins and mental illness

Sara,

Others have already given you some good info about consideration of
the causes of your symptoms and about detoxing.

In addition to the man-made causes, don't forget about the natural
ones. Leaky gut due to yeast overgrowth and/or parasites can cause
many of the symptoms you have. A sluggish gall bladder can also
cause some of the symptoms. The Lyme bacteria are tenacious and
elusive and they can also cause many of the symptoms you listed. The
Lyme bacteria is so invasive that it even makes a person's biology
more susceptible to leaky gut, parasites, and yeast overgrowth.

These problems compound, they don't happen overnight. Believe it or
not, the easiest thing to take care of is elimiating the mercury.
By the way, one aspect of mercury fillings to consider - put two
pieces of metal in a saline solution and you can measure an
electrical current. Metal fillings and/or braces in our mouth create
electrical circuits and that alone is a big burden on our nervous
system. Furthermore, putting metal in a liquid, it slowly breaks down
releasing particles. . . . and we get mercury particles from our
mercury fillings. . . . .

For removing mercury, there are over 200 non-metallic compounds to
choose from. It is best to get a tolerance/allergic reaction test
from an alternative dentist to find the most compatible dental
compound to use.

All together, detoxing is a lot of work. Have to take it one step at
a time. Good luck.

-Zal
