Sara,
I was getting an RBC mineral analysis every three to six months, and the
mercury showed up somewhere in that time period. I would assume that it
was probably an acute or continuous in that time frame.
After a month of the sauna therapy, the RBC mineral analysis showed no
measurable levels of mercury. While there could still be some mercury in
the fat cells of the adipose tissue, I would say that most, if not all,
of the mercury was detoxified out.
Since we live in such a toxic world, I would recommend that every one
have some kind of an ongoing detoxification program. Even the ancient
Romans & Greeks saw the need for constant detoxification, and that was
before all of this synthetic man made items that we have today.
