I too have had MCS for almost 7 years now.
I live in San Francisco and have worked on getting my place safe
to live in. I don't know if you have a good air purifier, but that seems to
help.

The isolation is the worst part of this whole situation.
Lost my job, and have been in litigation for the last 7 years.
I worked around x-ray processing chemicals that weren't properly ventilated.
