I agree that mixing protein and starch can cause gas, but it did not
for me over the past year. My digestion seemed iron, no matter what I
threw in my body I would not produce gas or bloating. Now it seems to
come up when it feels like it, even though my diet has NOT changed.
This is what is confusing to me.
