Hi,
I have a Novel of life experence but don't have the energy to let it
all spue out...

I have a huge difficulty drinking water...many days without even
drinking a glass full. I found the supplements I really like
because they have the scientific support behind them....but I can't
afford them.... Even so, I know even the best nutritional
supplements won't work as well as they should if you are full of
toxins.

What can I do to clean out my colon and detoxify my body that is
inexpensive?????

I truly can't function anymore...I am that ill.
