Hi Sherry,
We are sorry you have had so much trouble. Knowing the details will help to
erase the fear. Once we see what is happening we can usually find the pathway
to health.
You may need to be tested for blood sugar and insulin over 24 hours to help
understand and manage this hunger.
Your symptoms may be due to hunger for vitamins, minerals and other nutrients
bled out of your system by too much of the oils. My guess is vanadium and
chromium may be the primary missing elements. Mineral and vitamin levels can be
tested by a doctor but you may have to call around to find one who will do this.
As to whether you have "ruined" yourself, generally there are ways to heal,
primarily involving detox and probably nutrition. Your body might require
higher levels of nutrients than what is defined as "normal" due to the candida.
You could try the protocol at:
http://www.immuneweb.org/articles/detox.html
If you use the protocol for a day or two, let us know how this is working for
you.
In addition to detoxing, and restoring nutrients, grapefruit seed extract is
generally the most effective candida treatment.
