The Vit C drips are very useful, particularly for specific circumstances BUT charcoal capsules should also be used so the impact is not too intense. Basically the Vit C drip is most useful to detox the blood from immediate circulating toxins at the "dizzy" stage when charcoal loading is also useful and used in emergency rooms. Different detox techniques focus on different parts of the body and at particular stages. Generally more than one method will be necessary. Lots of Vitamin C and water are essential in all. Sauna, other kinds of heavy duty sweating, hot baths and, when strong enough, sweating from excercise are also necessary to primarily detox, especially the skin and through the skin. Glutathione (Acetyl L Cysteine) along with detoxing herbs such as milk thistle, cilantro, etc. are used to detox the liver and other internal organs. Mineral loading helps detox the muscles and bones. Successful detoxing is a complex, technical process.
The problem I had with IV Vit C drip is that I was too toxic and the impact was too much all at once. This was at my most toxic and before I learned how to use charcoal. I left the doctor's office very weak and tired.

A friend of mine asked the following: “do people tend to be mostly helped by IV type detoxes or is it too much for most?”
I don’t have any experience with this.
Thank you in advance for your reply.
