I think attached messages do not come through these lists so we don't know what you already know about this product.
There are several MSDSs accessible through google. For example, one is:
www.mda.state.md.us/pdf/msdlabel/per3030m.pdf
I normally check all the MSDSs on any particular product because they all reveal more to then do searches on.
This is a permethrin 30% with Piperonyl butoxide 30% and 40% inerts ("inerts" means chemicals, which can be even more toxic than the primarily named chemicals, but undisclosed). Because of it's strength it is to be applied lightly. They rarely are applied lightly.
Even without knowing what the inerts are this is a very strong mix of permethrin and thus something to be especially avoided. There is much recent information about permethrins and a recent recognition about their hazardous effects, thus not diclosed by the older MSDSs. I think I would call the Washington Toxics Coalition and see if there is someone there who has inerts data for this product. If they don't have it they might know who does.
