Hello Cheriel,
Was your brain ever really sensitive to many foods, most supplements,
etc.? My brain can shift in a negative direction (like a depressive
state) just from the content (when brushing teeth) of toothpaste--
pretty much ALL toothpaste. I have all amalgams removed. Brain is
hypersensitive to most supplements (including digestive enzymes) that
I try to consume . I am okay with being outdoors--no noticable
reaction to external fumes in the environement, etc. It's
frustrating not knowing the specific cause. Options: detox (liver,
gut, etc.), possible heavy metals, high stress, leaky gut, food
allergy, candida...? Hard to pinpoint. I have considerably changed
my diet in the past year--eat organic, mostly raw--limited foods that
I eat.
Any particular suggestion? Comments about Dr. Schultz detox
program? I tried and got depressed. May try again.
I am open to response from anyone on this site.
Thanks
Paul
