Hi Renee Iseem to have the same nodules that you are speeking of.  I did have them in my upper inner  arms but thoese are gone.  After that I would get

Not that it matters, but I realized I wrote that I would get the nodules over the deltoid and meant the upper pecs (in case anyone was paying attention!).
