Hi Mary, My derm said that we would have to put sunblock on about 1/2 inch thick for it be be totally effective. Best to avoid peak sun hours and to wear

Mary, I don't know how long you have been dealing with this but I have only had to deal with it for 18 months. I think we all have constant ups and downs.
