After experiencing awful anxiety panic attack symptoms many, many
people are searching for a way to cope with (and preferably cure) these
attacks. Knowing that an anxiety panic attack may be just around the
corner and not having a coping mechanism is very frightening.
There are two schools of thought on how to deal with anxiety panic
attack symptoms. One can choose an anxiety attack panic treatment which
is based on medication or one can opt for natural cures for panic
attacks. It may seem like a simple choice but it's not. The medical
route is one that requires ingesting drugs, which, like every drug, may
have side effects. On the other hand, taking medications for anxiety
attacks may provide the fastest symptom relief.
Some people are willing to use only one of the methods while
discounting the value of the other methods. I believe that the natural
method is the best method because natural cures for panic attacks are
simply more effective than medical methods. Anxiety panic attack
symptoms are treated much more effectively via natural means than via
medications and I will elaborate....

Panic attacks can strike at any time or any place. For people who are
prone to them, they can rule their lives. For those who have had more
than one panic attack, the fear that another will occur can be
debilitating. Here is an FAQ on stopping panic attacks.
FAQ #1: What does a panic attack feel like?
A: During a panic or anxiety attack you can feel a range of feelings,
both mental and physical. You may feel that the world is closing in
on you. You might feel dizzy. Your heartbeat will likely be much,
much faster than usual. You might feel a tingling in your chest. You
may sweat. You may want to lie down and at the same time lose your
ability to concentrate. Also, an acute fear of dying accompanies the
panic attack for some people. Caution: If you do have a panic attack,
be sure to remove yourself from a situation whereby you might be of a
danger to others (such as driving a car).
FAQ #2: What causes panic attacks?
A: Physiologically, panic attacks usually involve an excess of
adrenaline suddenly entering into your system, in combination with a
number of other related factors going on in your body. The precise
cause of panic attacks is still under study, but the cause does seem
to vary from person to person. Some panic attacks seem to come on
unexpectedly. Other may be triggered by a traumatic event, such as a
car accident. Still others might be situation-specific, whereby the
attack is triggered after a certain pattern of circumstances arises
for the individual....

After dealing with the horrific symptoms of an anxiety or panic
attack, victims are usually left feeling hopeless and desperate to
find something to help them deal with future attacks. Thankfully, in
today's world, there are many options to choose from; sadly this
decision itself can not always be easy.
Since there conception, there has been an on-going debate as which is
the best method of seeking treatment for your panic and symptoms. The
main competitors are medical and natural cures for panic and anxiety
attacks.
A lot of people who suffer from panic and anxiety attack symptoms
swear by one method and pay no attention to the alternate. While both
do offer benefits, I myself prefer the natural cure for panic and
anxiety attacks. The reason behind my preference is in how effective
they are. While medications do have their up side, there are just
some things they can not do, and the natural cure for panic and
anxiety attacks can. Below I will describe the three major benefits
of choosing a natural, as opposed to a medical, cure for your anxiety
and panic attack symptoms:...

As you might have noticed, we've been writing about anxiety disorders
like anxiety attacks and panic attacks. Anyway, I managed to find
somebody that has tried using The Anxiety and Panic Attacks Kit to
cure panic attacks and asked him what he thought. His name is
Michele. Here's the interview:
I had panic attacks and anxiety. I was on a very low dose of anti-
depressants to help me get through. The worst part of it all at the
beginning but I also see a therapist and that helped me a lot more in
my opinion.
I made some huge changes in my life as well. I cut out caffeine and
alcohol for a while and made sure I got to bed before 10:00pm every
night. I made sure I got exercise every day. I practiced breathing
routines and did yoga for relaxation.
I used a journal to record things, that were making me anxious. I
stopped watching the news every evening because it would make me
upset. I would watch comedies instead, because it feels better to
laugh.
These things helped a lot. I don't still do all of those things every
day, but if I'm having a bad week or something, I go right back into
the routine because I know it makes me feel better....

Social anxiety is an anxiety disorder in which there is intense fear of
social events and interaction with people. A person with social anxiety
disorder suffers from embarrassment, humiliation, depression,
inadequacy and fear of performing poorly in a social situation. The
most common situations in which people experience significant emotional
distress are speaking in public, being the center of attraction,
meeting new people, talking to a person of the opposite sex, writing in
front of others, or being watched by others.
When exposed to these situations, a person with anxiety disorder may
become very uncomfortable and can experience physical and emotional
symptoms. Emotional symptoms include intense fear, feeling of wanting
to escape and nervousness, while the physical symptoms include
palpitations, sweating, dizziness, tense muscles, flushing/blushing and
trembling. In extreme cases of social anxiety disorder, a person may
rely on alcohol or drugs to get him through the dreadful situation....

You probably have thought that you were a hopeless cause at least
once in your life and I am sure you have had a reason to believe so.
You were sweating, shaking, felt dizzy and detached from reality. You
probably also thought that you were going crazy, or worse yet,
thought you were dying. You go through the same horrifying experience
all over again when the next attack hit. These are common anxiety
panic attack symptoms.
This is not to say that you are merely a number in the statistics, or
in no way I am trying to insult you. I am here to reassure you that
you are not alone. There are countless others who can relate to your
experience. In fact, there are so many suffering from these attacks
that numerous methods of anxiety attack panic treatments are
available.
Doctors and panic attack sufferers recommend medications to
effectively fight panic attacks as it is fast and convenient. Many
medication users report positively on its effectiveness.
Although, medication can be effective in reducing the frequency of
panic attacks in people who exhibit anxiety panic attack symptoms,
there are some catches to taking them. Some of the more potent ones
may cause side effects and even the strongest of the drug becomes
less effective as your body becomes immune to it....

Hi,
My daughter was diagnoised with depression when she was in college.
She was prescribed medication. She joined the army after college
and she informed me that she had gotten off the medication.
A few months ago she was sent to Alaska. She called me in the middle
of the night and she sounded suicidal. I called 911 in Alaska because
I was concerned for her safety. She was taken to the hospital and
later was precribed antidepressants. She admitted that she wanted to
commit suicide. Now the military will be discharging her.
Presently, she is not talking to me. She stated to her sister that I
should have given her medical help for her condition when she was at
a young age.
My question is why does she feel this way towards me? When she was
in high school I knew she had a problem and I offered to take her to
a therapist and she refused because we live in a small community.
I would appreciate any help with my situation. I do want my daughter
to be in good terms with me. Thank you.
