As you might have noticed, we've been writing about anxiety disorders
like anxiety attacks and panic attacks. Anyway, I managed to find
somebody that has tried using The Anxiety and Panic Attacks Kit to
cure panic attacks and asked him what he thought. His name is
Michele. Here's the interview:
I had panic attacks and anxiety. I was on a very low dose of anti-
depressants to help me get through. The worst part of it all at the
beginning but I also see a therapist and that helped me a lot more in
my opinion.
I made some huge changes in my life as well. I cut out caffeine and
alcohol for a while and made sure I got to bed before 10:00pm every
night. I made sure I got exercise every day. I practiced breathing
routines and did yoga for relaxation.
I used a journal to record things, that were making me anxious. I
stopped watching the news every evening because it would make me
upset. I would watch comedies instead, because it feels better to
laugh.
These things helped a lot. I don't still do all of those things every
day, but if I'm having a bad week or something, I go right back into
the routine because I know it makes me feel better....
