This support group shares coping skills, knowledge, and individual life experiences to help make living with mood disorders or mental illness a little easier in a confidential, peer-supported environment. Meetings are from 6:30 — 8:30 PM every Tuesday in the Board Room in the Exempla West Pines Administration building at 3400 Lutheran Parkway, Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
