Just one thing...if you want to avoid frizz, NEVER towel-dry your hair. The
texture of terrycloth opens the cuticles of the hair (or some such scientific
nonsense!), creating frizz.

Squeeze as much water as you can out while in the shower, then use a shami (sp?)
or a cotton T-shirt to squeeze out more moisture (NEVER "rub" your hair to dry
it).

My kids think I'mm silly walking around the house with a T-shirt wrapped around
my head, but it works! :)

conditioner for dry hair...which is usually how silver, gray hair gets. After
towel drying, I use Ion spray leave in conditioner for all colors of hair or a
product called Snap by Redken, also left in on the ends of my hair. Keeps frizz
away and makes hair look good.
