HI,  Thanks for the question!  Dr. Wallach talks about oil in regards
to it being heated up and turning rancid.  The heating process makes
it very bad for you ie: fried foods and that cold pressed oils are
good for you as long as they are almost impossibly fresh.  For
instance made daily or kept cold at all times.  So my understanding
is olive oil just like other oils would only be ok in Dr. Wallach's
opinion if fresh and refridgerated and never heated up as in frying.
Dr. Wallach is actually a HUGE proponent that I can tell of consuming
oils that are not heated and are fresh as in the American Longevity
EFA capsules.  We poke holes in the gelatin outer and squeezze this
oil into our babies food.  Almost a miracle nutrient!

Does anyone know what Dr. Wallach would suggest for gout.  My
brother in law has it really bad.  I suggested eating cherries and

Who is Walt?  Dr. Wallach has said that lupis (I don't know what lupid is)
is a breakdown of the collagen.  Lots and lots of collagen.  Collagen is
one component of gelatin, and we know where to get really high grade
gelatin. (No link with product name)

Thanks for coming over last night, Sara!  We really enjoyed having you
visit.  And thank Jeff for helping me with my computer.  It seems to be
running much better now!

Hello Everyone!

This is Blake Graham, Double Diamond with A.L., and part of the Total
Nutrition Team (TNT) that hosts Diamond University advanced training
at the annual convention.

I was just surfing the internet and noticed this group.  Captain
Brian, you've done a great job here!  I like the photos and the
message board and the concept of a scheduled weekly chat.  Maybe I
can join the chat sometime to see how it's going.

As of Jan 4, 2003, I didn't see any files.  There are two types of
files that you might consider putting here.  One is for product and
message support -- specifically anything that would help people have
a better understanding of how to take the products, what products to
use, and which new products they should try.  Of course this
information may be on your website.

The second type of information should be on how to build the
business.  Specifically, this could include the benefits of getting
involved as a business, how to share the tape, and information on
presenting the business or training.

Anyway, I just thought I'd give you a little feedback.  I really do
like what I see!

May we all keep sharing Dr. Wallach's message with others and making
a difference in people's lives!!!
