Hi Tracy, I thought I would drop you a line. IO have
been personally reading the materials from Walloch for
a while and find his position interesting and logical.
I mix my suppliments up from time to time but
basically like the Doc's approach. He has really made
me think a lot more about my personal eating and
nutritional habits.
