Those who may be alergic to wheat or other foods
should go a little farther than a watch and a note pad.
Wheat put me in the hospital with <br>pulse and blood
pressure wildly out of control twice before I worked out
what was happening to me. When I discussed it with my
doctor, he didn't <br>seem particularly surprised. You
might ask yourself why I couldn't have been advised
that this might have had something to do with it the
first time. Go figure...<br><br>I've since worked out
that I must avoid wheat, corn, milk, peanuts, and
safflower oil, of all things. I suspect there may be a few
other things, as well, but that's all I've been able to
work out so far. Any one who wants to get a definitive
idea as to whether wheat (or some other food) is a
problem should go to Walmart (cheapest) or most any other
pharmacy <br>and buy an arm-cuff blood pressure device.
<br>(I've found wrist and finger <br>devices terribly
inaccurate.) <br>These gadgets will show not only pulse
<br>rate, but also blood pressure. If I eat wheat, my blood
pressure has gone as high as 230 over 130, with a pulse
rate of 130. <br>That's pretty scarey
stuff.<br><br>Digital blood pressure monitors can be had for as little
as about $40. <br>That's not a bad price to be able
to find out what is actually going on in
