Is the aroma of freshly baked bread <br> as
irrisistible to you as it is to me ?<br><br>I never guessed I
was allergic to wheat 'cause I always felt great
after eating those delicious breads ! Then I heard
Dr.Joel Wallach say that food allergies can cause
malabsorption which can lead to a long list of illnesses.
<br>After weeks of denial, "it's too much bother", "it
couldn't be me", I finally gave in & tested the usual
suspects : wheat, corn, egg, milk, & soy. And voila, my
pulse rate went off the charts with wheat !<br>
<br>Here's some tips on doing the PULSE TEST he
recommended:<br> <br>1) Take the pulse in your neck or wrist upon
awakening for a few days to determine your normal resting
pulse rate. ( # of beats in 60 seconds ).<br>2) Choose
a calm morning when upon awakening you can walk
slowly from bed to nearby table ( no stairs ) to consume
the single-ingredient food you prepared the night
before. ( Shower later -- no activity before the
test.)<br>3) Have a clock with a sweep-second hand, pen &
paper, & a good book ( non-stimulating ) or a boring TV
show in front of you where you will sit quietly for 1
hour.<br>4) Have several pieces of the single ingredient food
by you, 'cause that's all you get to eat ( except
for a few sips of water ) for 1 hour. No salt,
pepper, butter, mayo or other condiments.<br>5) About 5
minutes after sitting down, take your pulse & write it
down. It should be close to your established resting
pulse rate. (If not, start over another day.)<br>6) Now
eat the food & write down the time. In 15 minutes
take your pulse & write it down. At 30 minutes & at 60
minutes take your pulse & write it down.<br> <br> * If at
60 minutes your pulse is 10 or more beats over the
1st pulse rate you took that morning, it is likely
you are allergic to that food. Repeat the test on
another day with that same food for confirmation of
