all of our questions answered and learned some great

Did you know....<br>- When taking
the Ultimate EFA's make sure that you take them on an
empty stomach. No food 30 min. before or after taking
them.<br>- A double blind study was done, & "The present
results support the conclusion that sucralose consumption
doesn't adversely affect short-term blood glucose control
in patients with diabetes, regardless of the type."
