call 202-529-2972. This is Pathways of Washington. Ask for Dr.Keisling. He started a program in DC Jail where you can moonlight.
call 202-673-3919. This is CPEP, the a free standing Psych ER run by DC Department of Mental Health. Ask for Dr Nboochi ( I am not sure about the spelling). He is the director and may give you some info both about CPEP and other places.
St. Elizabeths Hospital run by DC Department of Mental Health has a long tradition of moonlighting for attendings. Call 202-562-4000 and ask for Dr.Gore. I am not sure if they are full or still need help. He is perhaps the one to give you the answer.
If yo are a member of APA you can introduce yourself to Washington Psychiatric Society and get on their listserve. They sometimes post such opportunities: www.dcpsych.org
Good Luck
