We love our jobs as daycare providers, but how do we balance it all?!

In this group, you will receive support and helpful ideas to help make things easier as we run our daycares, our homes, our families, and our lives. We look at positive ways to balance our roles, finding ways to take time to take care of ourselves, and empowering ourselves to lead happier and healthier days.

Based on my book "In-Home Daycare Provider's Guide to Stress Reduction", this group provides tips or strategies to reduce and manage the stress in our lives as daycare providers. We are not a discussion forum, we send out periodic informational messages only.

The tips focus on four main areas that you can eliminate and reduce stress in: your daycare environment, your business practices, your daycare children, and your self. You'll learn realistic ways to help get rid of undue stressors throughout your day!
