TOBI Foundation Announces HERT Program to Support Cystic Fibrosis Patients
Impacted by Hurricane Katrina

HURRICANE EMERGENCY RELIEF for TOBI (HERT)

In an effort to support the immediate needs of cystic fibrosis patients
affected by Hurricane Katrina, The TOBI Foundation has implemented HERT, a
special program designed to ensure that TOBI is accessible to all hurricane
impacted CF patients in the states of Mississippi, Louisiana, and Alabama.
The Foundation will work with patients, local pharmacies and other resources
to ensure patients receive TOBI as quickly as possible, regardless of where
the patient is currently staying.

During this time of intense need, it is the goal of the TOBI Foundation to
ensure all CF patients impacted by Hurricane Katrina are able to continue
their TOBI therapy without interruption. For a period of thirty days, the
Foundation will use an expedited process for qualifying patients for
assistance to help meet clinical needs of CF patients using TOBI.
