We are finalizing our numbers for both the Annual Educational Conference
August 5-7, 2005 and CFRI Teens & Adults Day Retreat, August 7-12, 2005 and
would like to include you in both our events. We can and will take telephone
registrations at our CFRI office 650-404-9975. Accommodations for both
events can be discussed upon your registrations.

Our website at www.cfri.org will have the forms and information you will
need to complete.

We would like to invite you to visit our CFRI Teen and Adult Day Retreat
during our special OPEN HOUSE HOURS between noon and 7 pm on Monday, Aug 8,
2005 and Wed., Aug. 10, 2005 at the Vallombrosa Retreat Center in Menlo
Park, California.

The CFRI Day Retreat is an annual event that offers support groups,
educational workshops, exercise and fun activities for teens & adults with
CF and their families. Come and see what the Retreat is all about!

Important reminder:
We do ask that you refrain from attending if you have ever cultured
Burkholderia cepacia, if you have cultured Methicillin-Resistant
Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) in the last two years, or if you currently have
a bacteria resistant to all antibiotics. Please discuss the risks of
cross-infection with your medical provider.
