Hi Lisa,

My partner has cf and he has used Ambien with fairly good results. No real
side effects that he has mentioned, but I know we have talked about that it
takes a while to wear off in the morning. My dr recently prescribed Lunesta
for me and it works well. The maker claims no morning groggy effect, which
I found to be true.

All,

Over the past few years, I've been having the hardest time sleeping
(largely due to the number of drugs I'm on and their side effets, I'm
sure). I'm considering asking my doctor for a prescription to Ambien
to help me fall and stay asleep. Has anyone else tried/used it? Any
adverse side effects? Any addiction or withdrawal problems?
