Make your reservations and expand your "Horizons!"

Dear Friends,

In connection with our 18th Annual Education Conference this August, CFRI is
offering a special chance to collaborate for CF organizations!
Our three-day Conference attracts adults with CF, and parents and caregivers
of those with CF. We will be dedicating a room to networking for individuals
and organizations focused on cystic fibrosis. This room will be open to
attendees for most hours of the weekend.

You DO NOT HAVE TO BE PRESENT to have a presence: you can send us literature
to share about your organization or group, and we will display this on a
small table. (However, we will not be able to staff tables for your
organization. )

The cost for table space in our "Making Connections" room is only $100.00
for the three days. This is a chance to be recognized as a CF resource for
families and individuals who face the huge challenge of living with this
disease - every day. Many different kinds of small nonprofits (and other
groups) will be joining us: foundations, authors, small 501(c)3's. Some of
you want to grow as a support to parents, caregivers, and those with CF. We
welcome you!

If you would like to sell Small items, the Committee has decided that you
may. However, CFRI cannot be responsible for either cash or "merchandise,
and you need to provide your own $ (change). CFRI depends on our Conference
raffle to bring in income. We will also have special conference t-shirts
available - all donations offset our conference costs.

CFRI will list the names of those participating in our "Making Connections"
room in the fall edition of our Newsletter: circulation 14,000 !

to me either by mail or fax (650-404-9981). Please let me know if you have

have your participation :)
