We are looking for a home for an orphan from eastern Europe a
girl, 5 years old and so cute! She draws beautiful pictures.

I work at World Association for Children and Parents (WACAP,
pronounced WAY-cap) is one of the largest and most experienced
international nonprofit adoption and child assistance agencies in
the United States. Founded in 1976 by a group of adoptive parents,
WACAP places children with adoptive families.

I specialize in finding homes for special needs children.
You can adopt if you are married or single. We also have some
wonderful financial assitance and will guide you along the whole
