I don't take ADEK (awful stuff) but take Catalyst from Mannatech, it has a
lot more vitamins and minerals and more natural. Soon I hope to switch to
Phyto-Matrix which is coming out this fall; all the sources are going to be
from fruits and veggies, the first one ever on the market like this. Can't
wait, they say absorption is like 90%. I'm so excited about it!!!!



I will definitely send ya'll the web address for my new website, this
morning my dad and I set up the domain name, as soon as I get the software
it'll start working on the design. Most of the wording is already done.

wow you are good with motivation with the running. would you ever consider
