Hiya Cami and welcome,
I am a new brand new member also. Yes, I totally agree with Ann. I
have suffered this problem for many years but I remain hopeful that a
total solution is not too far away for us, rspecially now with all
the research that is going on.
In the meantime we must tackle the problem as best we can. Like Ann
says there is lots of advice and help out there. Make sure you check
it all out and if in doubt please ask.
Kind regards....... Greg

every historical e-mail since the beginning and especially the past
few years. There is powerful advice from many members who experience
the illness and have written what has worked for them. The
information will include many things such as how to avoid the
triggers, what meds work, what meds are new and being tried etc.

specialize in this illness and stories from many members who have
seen these physicians and turned their lives around.
