The best advice I could give you is to go to the website and read every
historical e-mail since the beginning and especially the past few years. There
is powerful advice from many members who experience the illness and have written
what has worked for them. The information will include many things such as how
to avoid the triggers, what meds work, what meds are new and being tried etc.
You will also see names of Physicians from around the US who specialize in this
illness and stories from many members who have seen these physicians and turned
their lives around.
