Also, I forgot to mention, I make sure my son eats
only uncured meat. No sodium nitrates! No MSG. Check
all food labels. No chocolate. We know these are his
triggers. No yogurt. We buy all his meat at Whole
Foods Markets. Long car rides bothers him too. No
movies while in the car.
We let him snack at night a little before bed.
High protein, low fat diet.
