I take .05 mg of clonipin and there is also clonipin wafers which go under the
tounge and disolve so you dont need water i find that those work great. Use them
appropratily and they are helpful. And for you people who are brave evenough to
try something new I have been on Marinol (medical marijauana) for about 4 months
and not had any symptoms. So those are what work for me I wish you all the best
of luck each day is a challenge.

Success for my daughter after a visit to the Mayo clinic included low fat diet
(no fast food that have been deep fried or anything else deep fried), high
carb/protein, regular meals and no fasting,np alcohol, decrease stress, lots of
sleep, no flying in airplanes for awhile (increased hyperbaric pressure was the
reason) zofran and an anti-depressant that is not a GI aggrevator (many are) and
her life is so much better. No episodes for over a yr. She will be flying for
the first time next week and the plan is to take a Zofran propholactically prior
to the flight and 1 or 2 doses also after she arrives whether she needs them or
not. Shocking that such simple things could make so much difference. She had
been on prilosec for GERD for 4 years and always felt ill and vomited all the
time with freguent ER visits and hospitalizations. I'm sure this won't work for
all, but it was huge for her. She still takes Zofran at the sign of feeling not
well, but it is now a rare need.
Good luck,
Ann

My CVS was pretty chronic for a while- about 8 months. I hace sevre
reflux so for that I take 30 mg. Prevacid ODT, 60 Mg. Famotidine, 25
MG Elavil (Im going to go up on that soon) and Nasarel. I am on TPN
right now because of malnutrition but soon (maybe a few weeks?) that
will go away *hopefully*.
Prevacid ODT is really expensive but my Doctor managed to get it my
insurance to cover it because I have dysphagia (trouble swallowing).
I still cycle 3-4 times per week, but thats better than 7 times,
right?
