thanks for replying my son sodium levels dropped so much one time he
had seziors and that is when we got the sodium diagnoses but i realy
dought that is what it is because he continues to get sick. I wonder
if a drop in blood levels are common with CVS. I am going to try to
go see an GI doctor soon I know of a realy good one at our childrens
hospital so I will try them. Thank you.

Her name is Doctor Tully. before we were recommended to BCH we went
to Maine Medical Center, but the doctors there were of no help they
kept trying to tell me that Kylie was hypoglycemic because when she
got sick her glucose level would drop severely. The doctors at Maine
Med took Kylie off of everything she had been used to eating,
fructose, sucrose, lactose and all that. She was only allowed to eat
fresh vegetables and to drink soy milk. This did not help her at all
she was sick again in no time and that is when we were referred to
Boston Childrens Hospital. Kylie has been sick off and on but I know
that when she is cared for by Dr.Tully that she is in great hands.
You should talk to your sons pediatrician aboiut seeing a
gastroenterologist A.S.A.P because sometimes Cyclic Vomiting is
misdiagnosed as other things and the children suffering from CVS do
not get the care they need and so they get worse. Good Luck and
