RE: [Cyclic Vomiting Syndrome] cyclic vomiting syndrom

See if you can get a hold of Dr Fleischer att the children's hospital in
Columbia, Missouri. He's been very helpful for my wife. His web site has
his contact information:

Subject: [Cyclic Vomiting Syndrome] cyclic vomiting syndrom

My Boyfriend of 2 years has CVS. He was in a major car accident 4
years ago. Many articals I have read, have stated that injury could
trigger this. Would he be getting it still after 4 years? However
this did not start right after his accident. It began about a year
later. He has to go to the hospital ( ER) at every occurance. Is
there anything or anywhere that can help us. Its not only stressfull
for him but for me also. We live together and split all finances and
I see the number in the checkbook getting smaller and smaller, every
time he gets sick. He misses work for 3 to 7 days depending on how he
is feeling and if he is admited to the hospital.
I guess what i am really seeking is help. I wish i could do more for
him. Does anyone know of a clinic or a hospital that can help us? We
have been to the Mayo Clinic in Rochester Minnesota and they ran
hundreds of tests and have no explanation to why this happens. If you
have any idea or any suggestions please let me know.
Thank You so much
Heather
