I also have gastroparesis along with the CVS. I get a lot worse when
my period comes around too. I have started on birth control pills to
help, but I haven't noticed much of a difference yet. I don't know if
the doctor giving your wife the depo shots talked to you about this,
but my sister used the shot for 3 years (got it every 3 months) and
it caused massive bone density loss. She is only 24 and is taking
meds for osteoporosis. I use zofran and phenergan for nausea. The
zofran doesn't work as well for me. I have a close friend that also
has gastroparesis among other things, and she has said that marinol
is great for nausea. Sorry I couldn't help much!
