Thank you for responding! It's so good to hear from others who
understand!
I never really drink a lot of Gatorade. Maybe I will give that a try
=) Thanks for the idea.
My fiance ALWAYS comes with me to the ER when I have to go. I also
bring a print out of information, because the nurses will straight up
tell me that they looked it up on google. He is much more assertive
than me, so he's a HUGE help at the ER =)
I am starting to learn some of my triggers. I have some in common
with your son! Definatley getting too hot (lately even showers have
been hard) stress is a BIG one, lack of sleep, certain foods,I can't
tolerate exersice either, and agree that catching an illness is a big
trigger too. Sometimes I get warning signs, and sometimes I wake up
sick.
I hear sometimes that kids grow out of CVS, so I hope someday your
kids wont have to deal with this anymore!!
