Hi,

My name is Holly and I'm 20 years old. I was diagnosed with CVS this
past June, and was also diagnosed with gastroparesis back in April.

I always got sick a lot when I was younger, but never found any
answers from doctors. When I went into middle school I seemed to be
doing a little better, and wasn't getting sick as often. When I hit
high school, I was getting sick a lot again, but thought it was
because of the 3 ankle surgeries I had throughout high school. My
ankle would hurt a lot and I thought that maybe the pain was the
cause of my nauesea. At the beginning of this year I got even more
sick, and started missing a lot of work, and having a hard time
keeping up with college. I was finally diagnosed with the GP and CVS,
but I am still struggling to find the right combination of medicine
to help. I go to the ER around 3 to 4 times a month of severe
abdominal pain and nausea.

I am happy to have found this group, so I can talk to someone else
who can relate to me. I am also a member of the gastroparesis group,
but I haven't really been able to talk to anyone else who has CVS.
