hey! it is actually not somthing that you should be ashamed of because in the
first place you didn't want this sickness of your's. compared to your's,my
attacks are not as often as your's but i most of the time have it after 5-6
months. i have CVS for about 3 years also. I jst recently took Zofran which
helped me. but aside from it, i am taking food supplements which defently
improve my appetite and i no longer feel the nausea feeling. Also try to avoid
acidic food and liquids and fatty food. it triggers. try also to get some rest
coz stress can also be a trigger. i hope this information helps you.
