Try Zofran at elevated dosage. This is a safe drug, and has been
prescribed at levels exceeding 250 mg in extreme instances of
chemotherepy.
My daughter didn't respond until she was given at least 18mg when she
weighed only 110 pounds. She suffered from abdominal migraines
triggered by ovarian torsion, and food poisoning, etc.
