Hi everyone! I have a 3 year old daughter who for the past 5 months
or so has had vomiting episodes out of the blue. She will first
complain that her tummy hurts then within an hour or so she vomits,
not alot, maybe once or twice then she goes and plays like nothing
has happened. A couple months ago she did this for one day then
skipped a day and did it again. Once it was all bile that smelled
like feces (i took her to the Dr because I read that was a sign of
an intestinal blocakge, but it was not). Just recently she woke up
wimpering about her tummy, ate breakfast, played, then casually
walked in the room and puked on the floor then was fine. We
continued with our plans of going to the petting zoo, again she was
fine the whole day then when we got home she started saying her
tummy hurt again and of course threw up but that was it. Didn't even
last a day and it wasn't all day, just twice. She NEVER has any
other sypmtoms with these episodes. The Dr has said it was gastritis
caused by acid or just emotion stress. One Dr said that she was just
a "tummy kid". Does this sound like CVS to you guys? I finally got
an appointment with a GI dr in a few weeks and am going in with all
of my research.

Thanks everyone!
Jen in KY

My son's episodes are kind of similar to your daughters, mostly in the fact that he only vomits a few times. He does, however, exhibit a pattern. He was 2...
