RE: [Cyclic Vomiting Syndrome] Re: New DX of CVS

Boy that is GREAT that you come out of it so fast.

As hard as we have tried – there has been NOTHING that will bring me out in
less than 72 hours L

That is why I am constantly admitted, because Dr. Feldman has standing
orders at the hospital that say to “knock her out” using Thorazine, Benadryl
and Morphine for at least 24 hours, then let me try to come out by making
the meds “on demand” rather than constant….

It’s horrible!

I too go into episode at the same time, and with the same feelings, every
time – I just take forever to come out of it once it starts L

Tina

I am generally well in between episodes also. I don't know that I'm
going to have an episode until I wake up the morning of and feel
HORRIBLE, then around 6:30am (always) I start my throwing up. Then
it's every 5-6 minutes after the first vomit. I normally quit
getting sick around 7:30-8pm that same night.

We have no schedule to the episodes. There has never been a "predictable" pattern and there are so many variable triggers. So yes, there are many times that...
