She was advised by the Dr to eat a high protein, high carb, low fat diet. She
avoided fast food as well. She also has to eat frequent small meals and not
fast. Prior to changing her diet she had severe GERD and took meds for it. Now
she has no digestive problems and is off all meds. Good luck.

22-28. After a visit to the Mayo clinic in Scottsdale and a change in
her diet, meds, stressors and other triggors she is now 3 years with no
symptoms and no longer using medication. Please read all the other
coorespondence from the archieves. They contain a wealth of
knowledege. I truly believe a huge percent of my daughters CVS was
stress related and when she focused on her stressors her life improved
almost 100%. I know this doesn't happen for everyone, but just know
there is hope.
