Heal Yourself With Sunlight

The time when one's immediate natural impulse on the first sunny spring day
was to get outside and enjoy it is long gone.

Only the very courageous or "careless" who defy the grim warnings from
medical mandarins and cancer specialists, wholeheartedly endorsed by the
sunscreen industry, dare to venture forth into the "dangerous" sun.
Unless they are covered head to toe with sun protection factor (SPF) 60,
they gamble with their lives, or so they are made to believe, by those who
serve their own vested interests.
Fortunately, this view is beginning to crumble in the blatant absence of
scientific proof that sunlight causes disease. What is being discovered
instead is that lack of sun exposure is one of the greatest risk factors for

disease.

Very few people know that not getting enough sun kills 50,000 people from
cancer deaths every year in the US alone. As shown later, these are deaths
that are easily preventable through the Vitamin D produced by the body in
response to regular sun exposure.
Unfortunately, it is the ultraviolet portion of sunlight that is the most
easily eliminated by windows, houses, spectacles, sunglasses, sun lotions,
and clothing.

Before antibiotic drugs were discovered in the 1930s - penicillin having
been the first one - the healing power of sunlight was favored by the
medical community, at least in Europe.

Sunlight therapy, called heliotherapy, was indeed considered to be the most
successful treatment for infectious diseases from the late 19th to the
mid-20th century. Studies revealed that exposing patients to controlled
amounts of sunlight dramatically lowered elevated blood pressure (up to 40
mm Hg drop), decreased cholesterol in the bloodstream, lowered abnormally
high blood sugar in diabetics, and increased the number of white blood
cells, which people need to help resist disease. Patients suffering from
gout, rheumatoid arthritis, colitis, arteriosclerosis, anemia, cystitis,
eczema, acne, psoriasis, herpes, lupus, sciatica, kidney problems, asthma,
and even burns, have all received great benefits from the healing rays of
the sun.
The medical doctor and author, Dr. Auguste Rollier, was the most famous
heliotherapist of his day. At his peak, he operated 36 clinics with over
1,000 beds in Leysin, Switzerland. His clinics were situated 5,000 feet
above sea level, the high altitude allowing his patients to catch a lot more

UV light than was possible at the lower levels of the atmosphere. Dr.
Rollier used the UV rays of sunlight to treat diseases such as tuberculosis
(TB), rickets, smallpox, lupus vulgaris (skin tuberculosis), and wounds. He
followed in the footsteps of Danish physician Dr. Niels Finsen, who won a
Nobel Prize in 1903 for his treatment of TB using ultraviolet light. Rollier

found that sunbathing early in the morning, in conjunction with a nutritious

diet, produced the best effects.

The miraculous complete cures of tuberculosis and other diseases facilitated

by these doctors made headlines at the time. What surprised the medical
community most was the fact that the sun's healing rays remained ineffective

if the patients wore sunglasses. [Sunglasses block out important rays of the

light spectrum which the body requires for essential biological functions.]
Note: your eyes receive these rays even if you are in the shade.
By the year 1933, there were over 165 different diseases for which sunlight
proved to be a beneficial treatment. However, with the death of Rollier in
1954 and the growing power of the pharmaceutical industry, heliotherapy fell

into disuse.

By the 1960s, man-made "miracle drugs" had replaced medicine's fascination
with the sun's healing powers, and by the 1980s the public was increasingly
being bombarded with warnings about sunbathing and the risks of skin cancer.

Today, the sun is considered the main culprit for causing skin cancer,
certain cataracts leading to blindness, and aging of the skin. Only those
who take the "risk" of exposing themselves to sunlight find that the sun
makes them feel better, provided they don't use sunscreens or burn their
skin.
The UV-rays in sunlight actually stimulate the thyroid gland to increase
hormone production, which in turn increases the body's basal metabolic rate.

This assists both in weight loss and improved muscle development. Farm
animals fatten much faster when kept indoors, and so do people who stay out
of the sun.

Therefore, if you want to lose weight or increase your muscle tone, expose
your body to the sun on a regular basis.
The use of antibiotics, which has practically replaced heliotherapy, has in
recent years led to the development of drug-resistant strains of bacteria,
which defy any treatment other than the balanced use of sun, water, air, and

food. Cutting out or substantially reducing any of these four essential
constituents of life, results in disease.

Any person who misses out on sunlight becomes weak and suffers mental and
physical problems as a result. His vital energy diminishes in due time,
which is reflected in his quality of life. The populations in Northern
European countries like Norway and Finland, which experience months of
darkness every year, have a higher incidence of irritability, fatigue,
illness, insomnia, depression, alcoholism, and suicide than those living in
the sunny parts of the world. Their skin cancer rates are higher, too. For
example, the incidence of melanoma (skin cancer) on the Orkney and Shetland
Isles, north of Scotland, is 10 times that of Mediterranean islands.

UV light is known to activate an important skin hormone called solitrol.
Solitrol influences our immune system and many of our body's regulatory
centers, and, in conjunction with the pineal hormone melatonin, causes
changes in mood and daily biological rhythms. The hemoglobin in our red
blood cells requires ultraviolet (UV) light to bind to the oxygen needed for

all cellular functions. Lack of sunlight can, therefore, be held
co-responsible for almost any kind of illness, including skin cancer and
other forms of cancer. As you are about to find out, it may be highly
detrimental to your health to miss out on sunlight.

Can UV-Radiation Prevent and Cure Skin Cancer?
A major concern of our scientists today is the dramatic increase of skin
cancers around the world. There are three main types of skin cancer, two of
which, basal cell and squamous cell carcinoma (non-melanomas), are
increasingly prevalent, whereas the third, malignant melanoma, is much rarer

but far more lethal. The most pressing question is why would the sun
suddenly become so vicious and try to kill scores of people after thousands
of years of harmlessness?

The medical community claims that ultraviolet light (UV) is the major cause
of skin cancers. This theory is based on the assumption that our thinning
ozone layer permits too much of the germicidal UV to penetrate to the
surface of the earth and causes destruction of all kinds, including damage
to our skin and eye cells. Yet the theory has major flaws and no scientific
backing. Contrary to general belief, there is no evidence that reduction in
the ozone layer, observed at the poles, has caused any increase in
melanomas.

The germicidal frequency of UV is destroyed or is filtered out by the ozone
layer in the Earth's stratosphere, and only small amounts--necessary to
purify the air we breathe and the water we drink-- actually reach the
surface of the earth. To that effect, a study of Punta Arenas, the largest
South American city close to the Antarctic ozone hole, showed no increase in

health problems related to depleted ozone.
In fact, UV measures were too small to have any noticeable effect. Actual
measurements taken in the United States since 1974 show that the amount of
UV radiation reaching the surface of the earth is decreasing and continues
to decrease slightly each year. This research was conducted to detect the
frequency of UV radiation that causes sunburn. UV radiation had dropped an
average of 0.7 percent per year over the period from 1974 to 1985 and
continued to do so afterwards.

The fact that the number of skin cancers in the United States had doubled
within this period of 11 years contradicts the theory that UV light is the
reason behind the skin cancer epidemic. The number of malignant skin cancers

(melanomas) discovered in 1980 in the United States was 8,000, and eight
years later it had increased by 350 percent to 28,000. In 1930, the
expectancy of developing melanoma was as low as 1 in 1,300 people. Since
2003, 45,000 to 50,000 new cases are diagnosed every year in the United
States. Melanomas, which account for 75 percent of all skin cancer deaths,
make up only 5 percent of all reported skin cancers. The most striking fact
about this lethal form of cancer is that it can occur in parts of the body
that are not necessarily exposed to the sun such as the eye, the rectum,
vulva, vagina, mouth, respiratory tract, GI tract and urinary bladder.
Overall, since the beginning of the new millennium, each year one million
Americans are being diagnosed with some form of skin cancer. There are
millions of sufferers now, all of whom have been made to believe that the
sun is the culprit for their skin diseases. But since UV radiation is
decreasing every year and skin cancers were extremely rare 100 years ago
when UV intensity was much higher and people spent much more time outdoors,
what other factor could be held responsible for causing skin cancer?

The More UV, the Less Cancer
Even if UV penetration to the surface of the Earth did actually increase by,

for example, one percent each year (which is not the case), such slight
increases would still be hundreds, if not thousands, of times less than the
normal variations which people experience because of differences in
geography.

Let's assume that you move from an area near either one of the Polar
Regions, e.g. Iceland or Finland, toward the equator, e.g. Kenya or Uganda
in East Africa. By the time you reach the equator, you will have increased
your body's exposure to UV light by a whooping 5,000 percent! If you live in

England and decide to move to Northern Australia you will increase your
exposure by 600 percent! Calculations show that for every six miles you move

closer to the equator, you increase your exposure to UV light by one
percent.

Today, millions of people around the world travel from low exposure places
to areas of high exposure near the equator. Many thousands of tourists
travel to areas that are located at much higher altitudes than where they
normally live. For every 100 feet of elevation there is a significant
increase in UV radiation. But this does not prevent people from climbing
mountains or living in countries like Switzerland or at the high altitudes
of the Himalayan Mountains.

According to the UV/cancer theory, most Kenyan, Tibetan, or Swiss residents
should be afflicted with skin cancer today. Yet this is not the case at all.

The fact is that those who reside at high altitudes or near the equator
where UV radiation is the most concentrated are virtually free of all
cancers, not just skin cancers! This shows that UV radiation does not cause
cancer; in fact, it can even prevent it.

The human body has a unique ability to become accustomed to all kinds of
variations in the environment. It is equipped with perfect self-regulating
mechanisms that protect it against damage from the natural elements.

Overexposure to swimming in the sea or in a lake can lead to extensive skin
swelling, shivering, and circulatory problems. Our body will let us know
when it is time to get out of the water. Getting too close to a fire will
heat us up and encourage us to move away from it. Rainwater is natural, but
standing in the rain for too long can drain our immune system and make us
susceptible to catching a cold. Eating sustains our lives, but overeating
can lead to obesity, diabetes, heart disease, and cancer. Sleeping recharges

our "batteries" and revitalizes the body and mind, yet too much of it makes
us sluggish, depressed, and ill. Likewise, sunlight has healing properties
unless we use it to burn holes into our skin. Why should any of these
natural elements or processes cause us harm unless we abuse or overuse them?

Wouldn't it make more sense to say that a preference for unnatural things
like junk food, stimulants, alcohol, drugs, medical intervention (unless it
is for an emergency), as well as pollution, irregular sleeping and eating
habits, stress, excessive greed for money and power, and the lack of contact

with nature, are more likely to cause such diseases as skin cancer and
cataracts than natural phenomena that have ensured continued growth and
evolution on the planet throughout the ages?

It is very encouraging to see that new treatments using light are
increasingly being recognized as breakthrough methods for cancer and many
other diseases. The US Food and Drug Administration recently approved "light

therapy" to fight advanced esophageal cancer and early lung cancer--with
fewer risks than are found with the use of surgery and chemotherapy.

Although it has been known for over 100 years that light can kill diseased
cells, it is only since a number of convincing research studies have been
conducted that there has been a sudden resurgence of interest in light
therapy. There is promising success with bladder cancer, infertility-causing

endometriosis, advanced lung and esophageal cancers, skin cancer, and
diseases leading to blindness, psoriasis, and autoimmune disorders. In one
study, light therapy eliminated 79 percent of early lung cancers. Regular
exposure to sunlight still seems to be one of the best measures one can take

to prevent cancer, including cancers of the skin.

Now Even Doctors And Scientists Say, "It's Not True!"
Like myself, there have always been some health practitioners who didn't buy

into the theory that the sun causes deadly diseases. It warms my heart to
hear that now even some of the top authorities in the field are standing up
for the truth, despite intense criticism from their colleagues.
In an article written in the New York Times in August 2004, a high-profile
dermatologist, Dr. Bernard Ackerman (a recent winner of the American Academy

of Dermatology's prestigious, once-yearly Master Award), publicly questioned

the commonly accepted assumption about the sunlight/melanoma link.

According to Dr. Ackerman, who in 1999 founded the world's largest center
for dermatopathology training, there is no proof whatsoever that sun
exposure causes melanoma. To substantiate his arguments, he cites a recently

published article in the Archives of Dermatology concluding that no evidence

exists supporting the notion that sunscreen prevents melanoma, a claim the
mega-million dollar sunscreen industry and those in the medical mainstream
have falsely made for decades.

Dr. Ackerman didn't stop at exposing this decades-long deception of the
masses; he also cast doubt on the increase in the incidence of melanoma
cases medical mainstream doctors insist is happening. He found that an
expansion of the diagnostic definition of "melanoma" has allowed a much
broader array of symptoms to be classified as the deadly disease compared to

just 30 years ago. Melanoma has to a large extent "grown" to epidemic
proportions because of statistical manipulations. In other words, if the
same diagnostic definition applied 30 years ago were applied today,
melanomas would have increased only insignificantly.

Furthermore, this respected physician challenged the medical mainstream to
explain why nearly all cases of melanoma among certain races (black African,

Asian and South American) occur in areas of the body that are almost never
exposed to sunlight--places like the palms, soles of the feet, and mucous
membranes. Should it not raise doubts among physicians and patients alike
when even among pale-faces, the most common sites for melanoma (legs in
women, torso in men) get significantly less sunlight exposure than other
parts of the body?
To make a point, based on this and other evidence, your best chance of
avoiding melanoma is to move to areas of higher UV-concentration, such as
mountainous regions or the equatorial tropics and become a nudist! Since
sunlight boosts the immune system, you may find that such a move would also
help with many other health issues from which you may be suffering.
Naturally, all this data raises the question, what actually causes skin
cancer? The answer may surprise you greatly.

What is Consciousness, and Does it Arise from Electromagnetic Radiation?

If you put an EEG (electroencephalograph) on your head it is easy to measure the electrical activity of your brain as all the synapses fire their electrical charges, like thunder and lightning going on in different parts.  Where there is electricity there is also magnetism, which exists in a field form, like the aura of the body.

The drawback of studying Physics to get at human consciousness is that scientists who write about Physics are trained to look at one event separately instead of seeing the Whole.  Human consciousness is so complex and multi-layered that you cannot really get the full picture from physics, or science in general.

It is your own experience of Being and allowing the awareness to relax and expand into the many different dimensions that will get you to an understanding of human consciousness.  If you focus on the EEG output, you miss the chemical changes that took place; or if you focus on the chemicals, you miss the changes that took place within the memory crystals within the water of the body.

If you focus on the EEG output, you miss the depth of Consciousness, which goes down the layers from the physical body into the light body and the colour spectrums which exist there.  However, you can make the connection to your God Consciousness (the awareness of your nature as God) when you transcend down through the Zero-Point Field to the other side of the veil and beyond into your essence.

This is why I was saying, We Are All One.  Everything in the Universe is made of Energy vibrating at different frequencies and acting on combinations of basic elements; it is all connected on many different levels and in many different dimensions.

I cannot see a way for Physics or its related sciences of Biology, Physiology or Neurology to come up with the answers about the nature of human consciousness.  It is our own experiences – as we turn our own human consciousness back onto the Self and look deeply at all the nuances of vibration, light, water, and matter which exist in all the various layers of the body – that bring Us to an understanding.

Then one can go beyond into one's light body and through The Zero Point Field, into one's Essence and beyond, in a conscious way, taking oneself out of the physical into the Essence of who one is; one then realizes one's true nature of Being One with the Whole Omni-Verse.

The nature of the Human experience is that we are all individuals; we all have different life experiences to base our knowledge on.  We have all realized different aspects of our Self.  This is the Divine Dichotomy of the relationship of the individual Part to the Whole and the fact that we are all experiencing different stages of evolution.

That said, I am a firm believer in group consciousness – that, when one of Us gains an aspect of knowledge, it simultaneously becomes available to the whole of Us through intuition or one basic evolutionary programme at DNA level, or gets written in the Akashic Records which are accessible to all; remember, it is all happening in the one eternal moment of Now.

When you are both the Whole and the Part, time and space can get very confusing.  But, if you can transcend your Being to a ball of light and notice that you are beyond the bounds of time and space, you get a whole new perspective on life.

I am not basing what I am saying on scientific research, or quoting different experiments.  Although these certainly have their uses, they can only give one a fragmented view of life, which is the opposite of the Wholeness and the experience of Being One with everything.

Just a few seconds of the experience (I mean a few seconds of your earth life, but not of the experience itself, which takes place in the Timeless), can change your perspective on Life forever.  Consciousness is refining and getting more integrated.  Humans are now thinking in terms of layers of matter and energy, which are beyond current physical capabilities to measure or monitor.

The human Being's experience of its Spiritual nature goes beyond science and into the realms of Being.  Each of Us has the potential to realize our true nature and experience our Self in our Conscious Awareness that We Are All One.

What Does It Mean – "We Are All One"?

Can you think of all the ways we are connected to everything around us?  We are connected by the air we breathe.  We are connected by the light radiating from what we are looking at.  We are connected by sounds we hear, which also flow and touch everything around us.

How could we possibly think that we are separate – when we absorb, and are permeated by, the group consciousness of the housing estate we live on?  We are connected astrologically to the stars and the planets and these have an influence on our life.

When we go to war with another nation, we are only hurting our Self – We Are All One.  When we exploit the environment and the people of the developing world, we are exploiting ourselves – We Are All One.

Let's choose to make life up differently and move from exploitation to support and love for our fellow human beings.

There is a major shift taking place on our planet; consciousness is becoming integrated and refined on so many levels with our human body.  The sequence of cause and effect is becoming shorter and much more visible to us; and it's becoming so much easier for us to make life-supporting choices: it's as if we had a big light shining on our life and illuminating it for us to see clearly.

Our inner voice or inner knowing now knows the most beneficial thing to do in each moment.  All we need to do is heed the signals we are getting – to listen to our feeling, our intuition and our dreams; to open our heart energy to its source and feel the divine love flowing through us.

Become aware of the more subtle layers of your being.  As you become conscious of them, you start to use their powers.  Humans are now thinking on the level of their light bodies and thinking at light-speed.  Human consciousness is now using its sixth sense every day to receive messages telepathically.

As consciousness refines even further – beyond the level of light – we are learning to think within the void itself – that vacuum which extends out to the whole universe and beyond into the Omni-verse.  We are One with everything. 

Our body is coming into a natural balance as the whole universe comes to a point – our soul – and flows outward as the hologram of light flowing out of the void and solidifying into the interference pattern of light that we are; the light waves slowing down and solidifying, as the fine particles merge to form our atoms; these then merging to form the molecules; these clustering and slowing down as they form our cells – and, finally, all coming together to form the human body.

We are a hologram of the whole; so how could we possibly feel we are separate, with all the above-mentioned layers of our body coexisting one inside the other?

As theologians put it, we are a three-fold being:

God the Father – The whole Omni-verse.
God the Son – Our human body, as a reflection of the whole.
God the Holy Spirit – The electromagnetic field of energy which permeates our physical body and forms our consciousness.  This field of energy extends out from our body, forming the Aura, and is the energy blueprint which the body grows into.

Human consciousness is no longer fixed within the body; many people are now experiencing consciousness in other dimensions.  We are able to go astral travelling, do remote viewing, and travel through our core nature to any part of the Universe – just by choosing to move our awareness there.  In reality there is no need to travel anywhere – you are there already on one level or another.

Time and Space are becoming less important in our life; our spirits are gaining the knowledge of their immortality.  It seems less important to come to Earth for 100 spins around the sun.  We are already free to take our spirit, our conscious awareness out of the body and go off exploring the universe.

What is all the fuss about Aliens and what they might do to us, when they are all a part of our Self?  If we can take our conscious awareness to their world, do you not think they can do the same with ours?  There is no need to travel – one can just do remote viewing.

There is no energy crisis, as energy cannot be created or destroyed: it is eternal, like you.  Let's love each other, help each other and share the world's resources with the whole of our Self.  Let's find a new way to make up life on this planet, from the perspective of wholeness – We Are All One.

Empower Your Self Through Creativity, Abundance and Joy

The Nature of a Human Being is to be creative.  We create with our every Thought, Word and Deed; we are connected within to an infinite source of Energy and Creativity, which in reality is the whole Universe.

So why do human beings feel lack?  Is it because the money in the world is in the hands of 5% of the world's population?  Are we selling ourselves short in real terms by focusing so much on money and not enough on our own creative powers?

It is time to look within and to learn to work with your own source energy and your dreams and passions to mould the subtle energies and bring that through to this physical reality.

A good analogy would be that of the potter.

A person who works with clay takes the Earth element; using his or her creativity and creative knowledge, the potter shapes the clay, adding a little of the water element.  He or she creates the space within the pot for the air element, and focuses on removing as much as possible of the air element from within the clay; otherwise the pot will shatter during the firing.  The firing is the time when the potter brings in the fire element, which transforms the clay from being pliable to being solid and fixed in shape.

This is a perfect example of how the subtle energies within – working through the five elements – transform an idea into physical reality.  We see this process taking place all around us, with architects' ideas appearing as all the buildings within our village, town or city.

Money has no reality beyond that which we assign to it; it is just a concept, a medium of exchange, and it has no value except that which we decide to give to it; yet it causes us to feel lack (even those of us who have a lot of money, who nevertheless often are not aware of having enough of it) – when, in reality, we are connected to an abundant source of Energy and Creativity.  At some point in the creative process we give our power away to financial institutions (with the exception of those with strong codes of ethics), as we think we need this stuff called money.

Let's all reconsider our top-heavy beliefs about the importance of money and stay centred in our own power source, our own creativity.  This is all about changing our belief system.  Let's re-introduce some very ancient concepts into the mix of ideas from which we fashion our beliefs: if we are made of energy and everything else in the Universe is also made of energy; if energy cannot be created or destroyed as it is eternal in nature; where, then, does lack come from?

Whence came our belief that there is not enough of the stuff of life – so that we feel we have to fight each other to acquire that which is lacking, when it is there all the time and there is an infinite supply of it?

How do we change our belief systems to focus on creating from within ourselves and using the five elements to fix those creative thoughts into physical reality?  How do we invent another set of beliefs that releases the hold which money has over us?

Let's all be free thinkers, using our creativity to manifest that which we choose. 

It is good to do this responsibly, in creative ways where we create beauty and abundance for, and all around, ourselves.

Let's look for ways that we can live in peace with each other and share our creativity to transform our world into a beautiful, loving place to live, where we all feel abundant and empowered to create and manifest our dreams, and to live life in fulfilment.

The Time Before Sleep is Very Special

This is a time where you can reflect on what has happened in the day; and, if you are relaxed and at peace, you may notice thoughts coming into your head about what it is you would like to do tomorrow.  If you have good visual powers of communication you may be able to watch your activity for the coming day unfolding in your mind's eye.

You may see people who are important in your life in your mind's eye as you go to sleep.  These people may be your loved ones; or, people who have passed to Spirit – perhaps a long time ago – may come around you and work with you on a daily basis.

The best is just to be a silent witness to their presence and to observe the message they bring without trying to control or influence its outcome.  These people have entered your space for a reason, so it is best just to silently witness the message they bring.

Putting your attention on them is enough to give them the energy to come forward.  Be open to their presence and, silently with your awareness, ask for them to come closer.  Be settled yet observant: look to the details and be aware of anything they bring with them.

This period before sleep is a good time to send messages telepathically to loved ones who may be separated from you at the moment.  Distance is no barrier: just a gentle loving thought held within the mind and heart using your feelings and emotions will go a long way.

This system works just the same for people on the Earth Plane and for people who have passed over.  The spiritual essence of the person is the same and is in reality immortal and part of the eternal continuum of Now.

The time before sleep is also a good time to send loving thoughts of healing and support to our friends and relatives who may benefit from this.  Know that as you settle down at night – as your body becomes relaxed and you start to drift off into sleep – your awareness settles too; you can allow your awareness to expand in many directions and dimensions – to feel at one with the whole universe.

It is this feeling of wholeness and expanded vision that helps us to see our way around blockages – to see that we are part of a bigger system, which will send us messages and support if we are relaxed and open to receive them.

If you have any issues you would like to receive specific answers to, you can hold the question in your awareness as you drift off to sleep.  Your subconscious mind will take over the question while you're asleep and work on it for you.

So that when you awake you will feel relaxed and at peace again and the answer to your question will drift into your awareness.  This may be as a vision or a feeling or an emotion; or it could even be the next news item you watch on television or the words of the next song you hear.

All I am saying is to be consciously aware, and the message will come back to you when the time is right.  This is a process of letting go and releasing tension from within your body, so you can settle down and fully reflect the source energy within your heart.

When you get up in the morning look for the joy and your most exciting thought; know that the universe uses the feeling of pleasure and joy to guide you in the most evolutionary direction.

Be relaxed and enjoy some of these ideas as you go to bed at night; watch how your life seems to go with the flow and get the support of the whole universe.

Seeing Spiritual Energy above one's bed, surrounding one at night; am I seeing my own Aura?

It is true that we are all looking through our Aura at the world around us.  The world shows up as a reflection of our personal emanations.  We tend to be most sensitive to this at the junction point between waking and sleeping.

As we go to bed at night it can be like going into a kind of meditation as our physiology relaxes and settles down.  As our body relaxes our mind also settles and becomes calmer and clearer; and we can become sensitive to the energies in our Aura.  Our third eye may open up and we can receive clairvoyant images.

As a child, I used to find that the patterned wallpaper in my bedroom would go into human faces and forms.  I feel this was a kind of clairvoyant image perhaps of a spiritual being who had come to visit me; who was using the pattern within the wallpaper as the basis of his or her physical form, and then manifested a little electromagnetic plasma to bring his or her face out of the wallpaper and get it to take shape in physical form a little within the room.

You have also got the astrological influence more at night; when the direct sunlight goes away with the setting of the sun, we are left with the reflected light from the moon and the planets.  Perhaps near full moon you notice you sleep less and have strong emotional energy surging through your body? 

We are receiving reflections of the full electromagnetic spectrum from all the planets – the whole industry of astrology has been built up to interpret these influences, grouping them under the twelve houses and five elements, and seeking to work out the complex individual influence the planets can have depending on their relative position to your Sun Sign and natal chart and the zodiac characteristics of each sign.

You live in a web of energy which surrounds and influences you every minute of every day.  I am not surprised that from time to time you become aware of this Energy.

If you already take an interest in sunspot activities, you will be aware that there can be huge Coronal Mass Ejections (M Class and X Class flares) of electromagnetic radiation which reach Earth 8 days later and create Geomagnetic storms and Aurora Borealis – know locally as the Northern Lights.

Even though we cannot see this electromagnetic radiation from the sunspots we do feel its influence with our consciousness and it can lead to mood changes – for no apparent reason, as the influence is usually invisible, except that we can watch the Northern Lights if we live in the right part of the planet.

The purpose of the above comment is to bring home to you that your body and consciousness are also made of the same energy and that each of our senses just interprets the same energy vibration in different ways.  You are a conscious electromagnetic entity.  You can verify this by going to have your brain waves checked on an Electro Encephalograph.

Therefore, I am not surprised you can see energy above your bed at night.  Given the above mentioned energy fields we live in, I think you will start to become aware too of that.  I find it more surprising that so many people cannot see energy, either as an Aura or as energy just being in a room.

Remember, the World is As You Are: you project an energy field in front of yourself and around you which helps to create your reality.  The whole philosophy of the Law of Attraction says that you create your reality through every Thought, Word and Action that comes from you.  Therefore I recommend positively thinking, dreaming and imagining of a world full of peace, happiness and harmony.

Seeing Spiritual Energy in Everyday Life

When I was talking of seeing spiritual energy, this is nothing to be concerned about, as it is well known that the human body has an energy field surrounding it, called the Aura.  It is this Aura – or light body – that underlies your physical body and, in religious-mystical terms, may be referred to as the Holy Ghost (Holy Spirit).

Your whole body is made of energy vibrating at different levels and at different frequencies.  When I am talking of your spiritual energy, I am meaning the finer matter which vibrates at a higher frequency, and which is just within the range that sensitive people can perceive.

Everyone who is sensitive has the option to open their self to these experiences, and they are completely natural and normal to have.

I do not feel there is any dichotomy – in the sense of a "one or the other" choice you have to make – between seeking spiritual development to the point of enlightenment and curing your physical body, through healing and bringing yourself back into balance.

All that enlightenment is, is Self-realisation, which you achieve through raising your vibration by means of a spiritual practice like Meditation or by just being consciously aware of your Self on all levels.

This process of spiritual ascension of the individual can be accomplished in any state of health, as it is a journey within your Self.  You do not have to go anywhere or practise any technique: just relaxing and releasing are enough to allow the mind to settle down and be aware of its own nature.

There is a lot of talk at the moment of digital cameras – including video cameras used for surveillance of premises – picking up images of Orbs of light, which some people think are balls of spiritual energy or electromagnetic plasma, of an underlying spiritual essence; or highly-evolved, four-dimensional beings, etc.

Human consciousness is evolving and more and more people are becoming aware that they are not separate from their environment.  We are all connected by being creatures of the biosphere in which we live along with a myriad diversity of other creatures, breathing the same air with many of them; and by the energy being given off by our chakra system and being received by another's, in a two-way flow that connects us with all other living beings.  Even so-called inanimate matter exhibits lifelike behaviours, such as those of what scientists term "structured water".

The medical profession is beginning to realize, as ever more sensitive machines are developed, that we live in an energy field which can now be measured and proven to exist.

What medical researchers are increasingly realizing – as did brilliant scientific minds such as Galileo, Newton, Einstein – is that this energy is becoming conscious of its own existence, and human consciousness is shifting from that of seeing ourselves only as individuals to that of realizing that we are all also part of a greater whole.

As evolution takes place and ascension continues, humans are increasingly recognizing that We Are All One.  This realization is spreading out like the ripples on a pond, taking in increasing numbers of people as the ripples expand.  All humankind is linked on many levels and in many dimensions; and we are realizing that to hurt anyone in the world is to hurt a part of ourselves.

I feel it is this wholeness of life – the conscious awareness that We Are All One that you already have – which will help you to bring balance back into your life.

As parents, should we be worried, should we interfere when our children reach adulthood?  Or should the now adult choose their own life path, following their own dreams and intuition?  For parents these are difficult questions.

A number of children and young adults are looking at the world in new ways.  They are making up their lives different to what has gone on in the past.  They are finding new ways to support themselves and to be in the world.

I feel that Now more than any other time in human history is a time of unprecedented change in the world.  This is a time of realizing that We Are All One and that some of the old ways of doing business – those which exploit other people – no longer work.  Gone are the days when we could go to foreign lands and forcibly capture the distant population's resources and labour.

Human consciousness has awoken to its Oneness and a new consciousness is rising in the world.  We are watching a new consciousness unfold – one that is looking for wholeness rather than separation; a consciousness of sharing-and-cooperation rather than divide-and-rule.

Our children are realizing the wholeness of life and are looking for different ways of Being and Doing; looking for different ways of having relationships and supporting themselves in the world.

We heard about the waves of Indigo children and Star children joining the earth – well, these are now becoming adults.  They are bringing their special awareness into mainstream society and changing the way society functions. 

Many of our major institutions are changing; exploitative financial systems are crumbling at the foundations.  They are like a pack of cards with no basis in reality – nothing (including money) has any value except the value we give it, and these New Age children and young adults are seeing the world in a whole new light.

These youngsters see the whole financial and social structure about to be placed on their shoulders for them to bear; but with the reduction in child population and with the new thinking, they are not prepared to support these structures any more and are looking for new ways of living.

We can avoid the high level of teen and young adult suicides by giving our children the freedom to be themselves fully, to live their own dreams and to live their lives in their own way.

With change happening on a world level and all our inner beliefs shifting, it is a time to rest and relax – to open our hearts to the New Earth.  To look within, connect to our internal guidance system and listen to the inner voice which we have neglected for so long.

We are surrounded by angels in human form who are all bringing us messages; but it is our own heart and its internal guidance system that we have to awaken to.  When we awaken to our heart energy, we align our doingness with that of the universe; we merge our individual Self into the greater whole and become one with the creator God.

How to Move on from Break-Up and Find Happiness

No one can make us unhappy unless we let them.  It is not what happens in our life that brings unhappiness; it is how we choose to react to what happens that sets the mood for our feeling and emotions.  I say this to allow you to take personal responsibility for your reaction in every situation.

Consciously choosing your reaction is very empowering, especially if you choose to react in a positive, life-supporting way.  When we love unconditionally, we love because it brings us happiness and we get pleasure from giving the love we hold in our heart.

By sharing this love unconditionally, we give it without strings attached; no one has to show up in a particular way; we just express the joy we are feeling within our Self and share it with our friends or lovers. 

When you love unconditionally you can open your heart fully, knowing you cannot be hurt because you are in control of your love.  You are giving it out freely from an infinite source to all those you come in contact with.

When you love unconditionally you can love in many directions simultaneously.  You can have many friends and share your joy, because you are creating this from within and expressing this joy to your environment through your emotions, feeling and senses.

This process puts you fully in charge.  You are not waiting to receive from the other person – you are creating the situation and flowing your love outwards. 

This state of giving unconditionally comes about when we relax, allow our mind to settle down, and connect with the Universal Life Force within.  This has many advantages as, when we are in tune with the universe, every thought, word and deed we have is supported by the universe and easily finds fulfilment.

When our energies are strong and we have a good connection to Source, our body radiates health and balance.  People are naturally drawn to us and we are happy and carefree, as we are in the mood for giving, just for the pleasure it brings.

It is easy to switch from a state of depression and lack to this state of inner fulfilment and joy, just by choosing to do so.  By focusing one's energy on oneself and loving oneself, one charges oneself up with love. 

This can also be achieved through various spiritual practices.  On my HealerGeorge website I have created a number of Guided Meditations which connect you to your source energy and allow you to bring your energies back into balance in a natural way.  You feel fully charged up and go out in the world with enthusiasm and joy.

So if you feel you have received a knock from Nature, look within and be the source of your experience.  Open your heart to life and allow your love to flow out freely.  Remember you are connected to the Universal Life Force, which is eternal; it contains the source energy for the whole universe and is so full it is beyond limit.

Connect yourself to this source and be a part of the New Spirituality, connected to Oneness.  Everything in the Universe has its source in this Oneness and everything you give comes back to Oneness.  So come out to play in this field of love; give freely and create the abundance that is the birthright of all.

The Nature of "Being" in New Spirituality

What is the nature of New Spirituality?  – Is it simply the difference between "doing" –  as in the work we do, and "being" – as in our current state of consciousness?  Or could there be a deeper meaning to "being", which also takes in our "sponsoring belief" systems?

When we talk about our "being", this is even finer than our "nature".  What do I mean by our "nature"?  An example: every type of plant in the garden has its own "nature", which is expressed through the genes of that plant – the factors that determine the texture, shape and colour of the leaves and flowers.  The human body has its own gene system, which determines our "nature" and sets the shape and expression of our own body.

And what do I mean by our "being"?  By our "being", I am referring to our "core" nature or our spiritual essence; this transcends our physical qualities and our individuality and brings us to a field of Oneness.  It is this understanding of Oneness that is the fundamental "belief" system which we are realizing.

New spirituality is about the understanding that we are spiritual beings first.  By spirit, I mean that we cannot be seen or touched: we are that which is pure essence, or soul.  Quantum physics describes this essence of Self as being like a vacuum which underlies physical creation.

Even though it is a vacuum – which, by nature, cannot be described, as it is pure emptiness – it is a field teeming with potentiality and full of invisible forces which shape our physical body and our thoughts and feelings.

This Oneness energy, which underlies physical creation, is like a magnet which has a force field around it.  You cannot see the force field of a magnet until you put a piece of paper over it and sprinkle iron filings on top.  Then when you tap the paper the energy pattern of the force field takes shape on the paper.  The force field follows the nature of the magnet.

Human consciousness is waking up to its own spiritual nature – a field alive with potentiality, which is like all the forces of the universe coming to a point within the emptiness of the void or vacuum; then coming out into physical manifestation, as our light body; and, finally, slowing down and manifesting as our physical body.

Human consciousness is like the invisible potentiality of the magnet – that invisible field of energy which is made up of pure essence or light, and forms the aura around the body, like the force field surrounding a magnet.

As we move into the New Spirituality, we are noticing that our individual consciousness has its basis in this underlying quantum field which connects everything in the universe together.  That field of pure spiritual essence – or Universal Life Force, or God – is what connects us to everything.

As New Spirituality grows and we realize We Are All One, we start to see that each person's human consciousness adds to the underlying field of potentiality – creating a group consciousness, which manifests in the world in patterns of synchronicity, where all things are co-ordinated by this invisible underlying energy field.

We can tap into this underlying field through various spiritual practices like meditation or contemplation.  We can bring our mind and feelings to a realization through conscious awareness of our universal nature of Oneness with the creator God.

When we act from this state of being our every thought, word and deed are in tune with the whole universe and are supported by it.  This creates a life of spontaneous right action and streamlined evolution.  In this state of conscious awareness you are fully awake to your universal nature, and life becomes a frictionless process of expressing the joy you feel in your heart.
