Having problems with message search?

I have been brought up in the Spiritualist Church system, where as part of the service you are asked to put forward names of family, friends or world issues or animal kingdom, etc. for healing and it was in that vain I made the suggestion.
When I do hands on healing, then I only do this with the person's permission and with them approaching me, rather than offering them healing. Obviously there are exceptions to this rule too. An example my be some one in a comber where you my be asked by a relative or friend to do the healing.
I am more of the opinion that we are all one. Therefore if the name of someone comes to me by what ever means requesting healing. I feel that on some level, I and the other person has given permission for that to have taken place and therefore I can send healing freely. We are all a part of the universal energy and I feel it is important that this energy is kept within perfect balance. Whether that is on an atomic, molecular, cellular level, the level of the organs of the body, or the whole body, mind and spirit level. Or even family, community, Country, World or Universal level. Also it is important to have clear connections between the levels from the smallest to the largest.
We all have different understanding of healing and have been taught under different system. Therefore what I would say is, do whatever feel right for you. I like your suggestions of speaking your intentions out loud: If it works for you great. I have my own method of healing and it is too multi dimensional and interconnected to try to describe with words. But I agree with you that when we step forward to do healing that we get help from many parts of ourselves whether on the Earth Plane or beyond.
The above is just my understanding and I ask that you just take from it what resonates with you and leave the rest.

i havent posted before and excuse me if i'm repeating anything that
has already been said! i was curious about your suggestion for
people to send you names of people who may need healing. i was
taught that you should ask the person permission before sending them
healing- it can help them be more receptive. if the person is -say
unconscious and cannot be asked, then you ask their soul's
permission and listen for an answer.
i usually add that i am sending healing 'for the persons highest
good in accordance with thier inner wisdom'.
cos some people's illnesses are theirs to hold on to as long as they
serve them.
here is a quote i was once given 'Sometimes the pain is the alarm
clock that wakes us up.'
as far as my teaching (and intuition) goes i have found my distance
healing (and prayers and even my meditations) are far more powerful
when spoken aloud- for eg. "i ask my spirit guides (and/ or guardian
angles, reiki guides, ancestors...etc) to assist me in this healing,
sending love, peace and healing to "persons name" for their highest
good in accordance with their inner wisdom" and dont forget to thank
your guides/angels etc afterwards!!
i think its important to try different methods and see what feels
right- a technique i have just begun to use with my 'hands on'
clients to get them to visualise the healing energy moving around
their body while i speak which body parts it is travelling to- i
have had extremely positive feed back- saying they could feel the
healing energy much stronger??
in my experience speaking out loud sets your intention very clearly-
and your intention is the key!!
