Why have I got warm hands, which appears to be getting warmer as I increase
my understanding of who I am?

This is part of the human evolutionary process at the moment. We are moving
into a new understanding of how and what we are. In this change in
awareness we are becoming much more multi dimensional in our understand of
who we are. We are developing a New Spirituality.

Regarding the heat in the hands. As your energy field increases through
this process. The chakras in the hands become more active. You could try
doing energy work with you hands. Hold them about 3 to 6 inches apart and
become aware of the energy flowing in the gap between your hands. When you
notice the energy try moving your hands closer together or further apart
until you find the optimum distance.

What you are feeling is your life force or subtle energy around the body,
the Aura.

If you felt you would like to use this energy say for healing. There are
many course around to develope your powers and increase the flow of this
energy.
