It is quite an interesting cancept and one I was appart of for some 20 years while in the Transendental Meditation movement.  I am sure it ties in well with CWG and Humanity’s Team and if it works, could herald a system by which ordanery people can influnce  world events, just by our intentions combined.

 

The mass media probably already does this, through negative news articles, but here is way we can all use our positive creativity and conscious awareness to bring about change.
