I thought I would share with you details of the Free Flyers event coming up on the 8^th - 10^th August 2008 at Trigonos in Wales – see full details below.

 

There is room for 7 more people to attend this event which is a relaxing weekend in the Snowdonia National Park with like minded people.  Please reply to this email if you wish to find out more and reserve your place.

 

Please let me know if you would like to lead any of the events for the weekend – there is a few slots left.

 

8 - 10th August 2008 Meeting,

 

We require the deposits for the rooms now of £34.00 as after the next couple of weeks the rooms will be offered to the public if we have not committed to take them.  Please see details below.

 

I would like to invite you all to attend our 8 - 10th August 2008 meeting, which will be held in the Trigonos Centre, Nantlle, Caernarfon,  Gwynedd LL54 6BW  Tel: 01286 882388.

 

Arrive from 4.00 pm on Friday 8th August the meeting begins formally at 7.00 pm with Dinner to 4.00 pm on Sunday the 10th of August, some people may choose to leave straight after lunch on Sunday. 

 

We also have the option for people to arrive a few day early or stay a few day after, if they would like to make the weekend into more a holiday, where they can enjoy Snowdonia National Park as well. 

 

Please note that these prices include all meals, coffee, and biscuits.  

 

There is a range of rooms all with full board as follows:

 

Bedrooms with Separate Showers and Toilet, which are available for the weekend

 

3 Twin £40.00 per person per night (add £15 used as single)

3 single £49.00 per night

 

Non-residents full day £24.00/day including coffee, lunch and dinner or £15.00 half day including coffee, lunch or dinner.

 

We have to pay an additional fee for a meeting room of £60.00 per day = £120.00 that works out at £8.00 each person, which is already included in the deposit.

They can do both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food.  We have the option to have all vegetarian and can request packed lunches if we want to go out for a field trip?

Please advise any special diets 7 days before the event. Please let me know which food type you would like when booking: Vegetarian / Non Vegetarian

 

We require you to pay a deposit of £34.00 per person to confirm a residential booking or £24.00 as a day visitor.

Trigonos want me to confirm the numbers following our meeting as soon as possible, so please send your deposit for £34.00 to confirm your place, to my address above with the Cheque made out to Trigonos Centre.

 

Please note if you choose to stay for additional nights, please arrange these directly with the Trigonos Centre.

 

Regarding cancellation, the forfeit is, after paying the deposit, but before the 7 days preceding 8th August i.e. one loses just the deposit of £34.  Within the 7 days before 8th August 2008, you will have to pay the Trigonos Centre 75% of the total cost of what your bill would have been if you had stayed for the weekend as planned. 

 

I require the deposits for the Trigonos Weekend as soon as possible, or Trigonos will offer the rooms to the public.

• Anyone who needs a special diet – vegan / vegetarian, Gluten free etc., needs to let you know at the time of booking.
• Bring with you any special drinks or snacks you may want. 
• Trigonos has requested no dogs this year.

 

Please send you deposits quickly if you want a single room, as there is a £15.00 premium to use a Twin/Double room as a single.
