What it says on the cover is what is inside. For me, that was spiritual and psychological insight into the vast, multi-dimensional nature of being human, written through experience, inspiration and guidance. Many profound topics are covered and offered as information, food for thought or meditation. Some are posed as questions and answers. Subjects as diverse as 'the universe within and without', 'transmuting anger and fear' and 'personal development in business' share space with in-depth perspectives on spiritual healing as perceived by the healer. I found it welcoming, wise, human and real. I liked the way it was set out in short articles which could be read as short chapters. Dipping in and out of the contents found familiar ideas and much, much more I wanted to get to know. The book shares and leads a journey into the Self, giving a sense of being an observer or companion, drawn alongside and into, the mind of the writer - sharing his journey, yet discovering your own. Written with a clarity and calmness that touches the Spirit, it offers a lot of 'spiritual nourishment' for individuals, group work or discussion; both for newcomers or those seeking to deepen their understanding. A gem of a book to return to time and time again.

I just thought I would let you all know I am going to focus over the next few months on getting my second book out in this series.
