A VISION

My statement of intent


The outcome of my vision will be the creation of an `Intentional
Living Experience' (I.L.E.). A way of `intentionally
living', `experiencing' and `demonstrating' the principles of the
New Spirituality. The initial focus of energies will be the
creation of an Educational Centre, a Retreat and a Hospice. The
ethos of this `living experience' will be one of Collaboration,
Compassion and Consciousness, in line with the teachings of CWG and
the foundation of Humanity's Team. We would endeavour to make
buildings in an Environmentally friendly and efficient way. Energy
would be provided to the centres through renewable `clean' sources –
i.e. wind or solar energy (did you know one wind turbine can power
up to 200 homes?). Lifestyle choices, such as diet, would be
organic and home grown - we would be self-sufficient wherever we
could. Synergising with other organizations that share the same
goals and are community oriented would also be encouraged. This way
we will unite with others from the wider world and will not just
exclusively be involving those individuals who resonate with CWG and
those participants of Humanity's Team, as we are all part of
the `Team' of `Humanity' - it does not matter which song sheet we
are singing from, as long as we are singing the same songs!

The initial three centres will, I feel, encompasses all of life and
will be demonstrative of what life really is, starting with the
young - showing them that life is about choices and enabling them to
make the wisest choices as to what works and what does not. Respect
for ALL of life and the diversity of all existence will be a key
part of the experience.

Firstly, the aim of the educational centre is to guide, not to
dictate. It will be open to all, as learning/knowing/remembering is
a continual process of development and will be encouraged.
Education (for children) will be child centred - children have an
innate curiosity, a desire to learn and experience. Therefore the
day will be child led - if creativity is flowing and learning is
productive, why should you have to switch to `the literacy hour'
or `the numeracy hour' as long as all aspects are covered and are
absorbed? Each child, young adult or adult, will be treated as an
individual, their personal skills will be given special attention
and areas of particular interest will be fully supported. Adults
who are unsure which avenue they wish to pursue, will be free to
explore areas they may not have previously considered based on their
skills/talents and interests.

The retreat will be a centre for personal reflection and
contemplation. Its primary aim is for people to come and simply
BE. To be at one with Mother Earth, to look at a stunning view, to
read, explore themselves, to be still, to do some gardening or to be
a part of the energy of the wider `community' if they so desire.
They will be free to be themselves without fear of mockery,
rejection or scorn and will be embraced with love and treated with
respect. The appeal of the retreat may lie with those who are
disillusioned with their lives and are looking or searching for
something more, whereby a library of information will be available
for them to make the choice which feels right to them (which will
link to the Educational Centre).

Last but not least is the Hospice - for those who need respite care
or healing. My vision sees this process as the final stage of our
human experience and part of the next, where people come to a
greater realisation and understanding of what life is, and it's
context outside of our human experience. Healing and counselling
will be available for a variety of issues such as grief, illness and
death. The death process will no longer been seen as a sad event,
but a joyous one, where people will come to understand that we
should celebrate the passing of a soul and give them a blessing (or
ceremony) for the next phase of their journey, so that they can let
go the events of this life, take the lessons they have learned (and
not the cell memories or trauma) onto their next life.

Others share similar visions to that of my own. I am aware of
people who intend to start living this way with communities of their
own. I have modified my own use of the word `community' as I have
found it brings immediate assumptions
of `separation', `segregation', `commune' or `cult' - something this
way of living is most certainly not. Therefore I have coined the
term `Intentional Living Experience' as explained in the opening
paragraph. It is an intended way of living by our values and
principles and sharing our goal of a more loving, compassionate and
respectful way of treating each other. A key part of our existence
will be acceptance and tolerance. The centres are open to all,
regardless of a person's background - religion, sexuality, race,
culture, nationality, gender or age is irrelevant. What a person
brings from their own personal experience, cultural background and
the multitude of experiences they each have had can only enrich one
another's' experience by spending time with each other.

[Some of the following words are reproduced from another like-minded
soul who intends to start a similar way of life in the USA. It is
with her kind permission that I use them alongside my own words, in
order to explain my intentions, as I cannot put it any better. Her
words speak from my heart as well as hers.]

It is my intention (along with other like minded individuals) to be
a strong force in shifting the global paradigm to be more along the
lines of the HEB societies outlined in the CwG books. I have
thought that the best way of going about doing this is to create a
paradigm of an Intentional Community where people from the outside
are welcomed and embraced. By Being who we are and living lives of
helping each other to grow and expand our consciousness, the
vibration will then bleed out into the community at large and will
eventually help to shift the consciousness within the surrounding
area.

Of course I realize I NEED to do nothing. However, I will gain
great joy by Being who I am and Doing what I do (it's not a Need
thing, it's a Wish to do thing that brings me satisfaction). I
simply know that when I give, when I can use my talents, I am
fulfilled.

These communities will be more successful if people are coming from
a place of internal strength and knowingness that they are an
integral piece of the whole rather than looking to the community to
fulfil a perceived need. This is where my work comes in. I intend
to help people to remember who they are.

The vision is not to shut ourselves out from the rest of the world
and live in a cocoon; it is more like creating an oasis where all
are welcome to explore Who They Are. Part of the vision is also to
be and create a support network where we encourage people through
love and support to be their Grandest Version of the Greatest Vision
they have of Who They Are.

To progress the vision, another of my aims is to help people all
over the country and the world who are interested in this to build
their own ILE's based on the paradigm above... yet each ILE will
have its own identity. These will then be open to the wider world
and embrace people from beyond. The consciousness will then filter
out into the community at large.

Note:

There are a couple of communities that seem to be close to my
vision, however, it seems they are trying to escape their
surroundings rather than "being the change they wish to see" within
their own communities. I do not wish to separate from the world,
rather I wish to be a shining beacon of oneness. I wish to help all
of us to raise our vibrations if that is what we wish for
ourselves. The two communities that seem close are:

Possible Goals (subject to changes/modifications)

The goals of a Conscious ILE if it is to be truly conscious and
beneficial to ALL may have the following attributes:

Self-sustaining – A conscious community would be self-sustaining and
the goal would be to walk the talk. People would be free to come
and check out what this is all about. It may have a food store of
our organically grown produce, where people could come and be part
of the experience without necessarily living on a certain piece of
property.

Be eco-friendly - The most ecologically friendly building method I
have seen has been pioneered by Malcolm Wells (unfortunately he is
retired) you can see his work at www.malcolmwells.com. This
building method self heals because it is built with ground cover
(from Mother Earth) and uses passive solar heating. Wind power and
solar power would be used for electrical needs. Rainwater
collection could be used as well as alternative uses like composting
toilets, the compost you could use as fertilizer (Biomass - I know
it sounds gross the compost doesn't smell badly at all).

Honour all People – One of the things that struck me was the
relationship between the elders and the children in the CwG
trilogy. I love the concept of honouring our elders and giving them
back to themselves. Who better to teach our children than those
with the most patience, the most wisdom and life experience? How
wonderful it would be to those living on a limited income to have a
real chance to make an important contribution to the future of the
planet instead of sequestering them to little downsized houses and
nursing homes where they have little interaction with new life and
some feel they are just withering away and waiting to die.

Encourage Freedom - Freedom would extend to freedom of livelihood to
make a livelihood in any way the individual wanted to do so and
would not be restricted to working on the premises of the
community. It would also ideally extend to relationships and having
the freedom to love whomever in whatever felt the most natural
without guilt and shame surrounding individual expressions of love.

Transparency – Transparency in all areas, from financial matters, to
running the centres and complete honesty with each other. We would
work through disagreements and accept that people often have
opposing viewpoints and beliefs other than our own.

I'm sure there is more... relating to economy, etc but my ideas are
not formulated regarding these issues yet. Modifications will be
made as new thoughts and ideas are coming to me regularly.

How can a small group like us do that, I hear you ask?

I'm letting the Universe take care of the details. The intention is
clear and the will is there. In the abundance of the Universe,
solutions and answers are provided.

I'm going to share something with you I've come across… about how a
small group can change the world, you may have heard it too….

Question: Ask yourself…. Do you know of a small group or a person
who has changed the world?

No?… Yes?…. Mahatma Ghandi?…. Martin Luther King?… Want me to tell
you?….


AL QUAEDA - A small group that has changed the world. It started
with one man who shared his vision with a few others who started a
group, who then started other groups across the world. They have
indeed changed the world. THEY HAVE CHANGED THE WORLD THROUGH FEAR…


WHO SAYS WE CAN'T CHANGE IT THROUGH LOVE???


Let me tell you this: Do not consider or measure your
initial "success" by the number of people that are becoming
involved. Change doesn't happen like that. First there is a shift
in consciousness that is not seen in the open, only felt within. As
many start to focus on what you focus on, others start becoming
enthused by doing the same. The ones that are actually "doing" it
are making the greatest change in consciousness, they are the
pioneers. However, there are many pondering it and they are also
making a contribution.

So you might be the only one in the room actually doing things to
bring about change but that doesn't mean you are not making a big
difference. In the beginning the ones acting are making major
shifts in mass consciousness. They are of great help because they
already believe, already trust and through their intentions, they
are drawing a lot of energy towards them that becomes a big light in
consciousness. Believe it or not you are drawing in the help of
HEB's off the planet who wish this planet to be free again.

Simply holding an intent to bring about a new society and acting in
the moment is very powerful. You draw circumstances towards you.
God provides you exactly what needs to be done in the moment. It is
all about allowing and being in harmony with all else. You allow
God to work.

Someone who tries to do it on their own or tries to make things
happen when they are not happening is not allowing God to work.
They act separate. There is great passion, but there is no trying.
You move through life gracefully as you know you are co-creating.
Other people becoming involved will grow and suddenly explode as if
everyone likes the idea at the same time. This is what happens when
mass consciousness changes.

For the first time in my life, I am voluntarily letting go and
letting God. I can see that by following the direction where God
would lead me, things far more miraculous and amazing are
happening. Now I'm letting go and following my internal guidance
system... and WHOA! The Power that I feel by not fighting myself is
incredible. I'm no longer wasting energy fighting for my smallness,
I am being handed the world on a silver platter and am releasing
fear... More like skydiving I guess. Why didn't I do this sooner?
I guess I wasn't ready yet. But now, I can help others to remember
their true nature to an even greater degree because I have changed
and am now trusting the love within me.

It's such a liberating feeling!

I know, everything will happen as it will and the consciousness will
change. Old systems of politics, economics, science, medicine and
religion will change. People will come to the realisation that
everything - every living and non 'living' thing are inextricably
linked, to each other, to the Earth and to the Universe and to God.
They will understand that everything is living, the process of
life. They will reach atonement with each other (note: at-ONE-ment).

Change is most certainly coming. We can either chose to be a
participant in bringing about awareness by demonstrating compassion,
collaboration and non-separation, and by living our lives by TRUTH,
JOY and LOVE, or we can carry on believing in our old system,
whereby humanity will inevitably carry on its path of self-
destruction.

I have chosen to be part of the change and demonstrate it by the way
I live my life. Critical Mass can easily be achieved within the
next decade if we chose it to. Think of it as boiling point - a few
bubbles break the surface then in a sudden rush the water is
boiling. The way I see it, the sooner you and I make the decision
to become the change, the sooner we are contributing to a domino
effect. We can speed it up, there is no set agenda, it is of our
making. Tomorrows God says change WILL occur within 30 years but
can be achieved faster if we decide for it to. I tell you this... I
know it will change sooner. I am active in Humanity's Team and I
have witnessed global participation in creating the change. I have
come across so many other organisations who are also spiritually
active and who are also saying similar messages. From my studies
and current understanding, the period from September 2007 to 2012 is
a critical period in awakening humankind.

I for one am thankful that I have chosen to be here on Earth at this
crucial time, for we are the leaders, the ones who will be there for
those who are yet to awaken, for when it comes it will be a shock to
them. The very foundations of all of their beliefs of 'What life
really is' will be uprooted. We must be an example of what works –
by being the greater, more loving, more accepting way of life that
respects our differences and embraces the diversity that exists
among us.

Questions I have encountered:

Someone said to me recently:

"Certainly not original but a great idea, but if we are all working
together, pulling together and respecting each other then we are
there before we start surely?"

to which I replied…

"You are absolutely right. It is not an original idea. It goes way
back. An altruistic society was and is still part of many tribal
groups and also our early ancestors. Throughout the ages, several
groups and organisations have kept to a similar philosophy, which
has served them well. You are also right, if we are pulling
together and respecting each other we are already there - WE ARE!"

Spiritual energy is already at work - let us not put up resistance
to it! For those who understand what Humanity's Team is about, no
explanation required. However, to answer those who are not aware of
our goals, I explained that what we are seeking to achieve is to
enable people to observe (by our example) that working together as
one is extremely powerful. Here's another point that was raised:

"That's just too idealistic. You are never going to achieve that".

My response:

"Cynics may say we are too idealistic. My reply would be "Why not
strive for the ideal? If we believe we can do it and have the will
to do it, then it is indeed possible and very probable. Just think
to the Twin Towers (the most horrendous atrocity, no?), but think to
the aftermath and how people united and pulled together. The
feeling of worldwide support (from all religions and backgrounds)
was overwhelming. This unity is something that can be part of our
everyday experience, not just on occasions when acts such as the
Twin Towers make us realise what's truly important – to work in
harmony with each other through expressions of love, kindness and
respect. This is our vision, acceptance and diversity, a
multicultural, multi-racial and multi-faith society".

I know that there are people who would wish to build this type of
living experience with me. They are in your community, in mine.
With technology, the awareness is spreading and people are learning
through their interactions how to be their greater selves. Every
once in a while, we bump into someone in "real time" who we can
really connect with and when that happens, we feel like we are
home. I know that we attract like energies to ourselves. I also
know that we affect everyone around us just by our Being Who We Are.

In the same way that we are touched by a single persons awareness,
these communities will elevate the awareness of the communities at
large. Lets say that there was a tiny group of around twenty people
with the same level of awareness who embraced everyone, lived a life
of love, and expressed it through their example. These people
together would form a dense unit of very high energy. Since they
embody love, they give their love away because they know the only
way they can keep it is to give it away... this is a universal law,
we increase in ourselves what we give away freely.

People within the community at large would be attracted to the love
energy and their consciousness would become elevated merely because
they have shared space with these loving beings. In turn, they
would be more loving towards the people who they interact with. It
would go on and on... the closer people are to the energy, the more
they would wish to be part of that energy because it feels so great.

The reason to have these communities is to allow those who wish to
live within the higher vibration, those who are dedicated to their
own growth, to have a safe haven where they have a support system of
others who will help them to stay at their highest expression of
self.

This is not a world that "I" am creating, "I" am merely creating the
activation energy for everyone to recognize that there is another
way. It will take much more than just me to make this come to
fruition. I would love to hear some ideas that someone else may
have. This is not "my world" it is our world, we are all God. What
would the God you wish create?

My vision is a world where people make their livelihood by doing
what comes naturally and by doing what we do with love... rather
than working in jobs that we dislike. We all have unique talents
and gifts and the greatest happiness in all the world is honouring
ourselves and allowing ourselves to be of service through the use of
our gifts. That is what "I" would wish to create... a world where
that is recognized and encouraged.

We live in a society where we all go into our own lonely little
boxes with a few people around us. Perhaps if we created the
opportunity to serve, we would all have our needs met. If all of
these people had close contact with each other and lived in a place
where they support each other, they would know each other intimately
and those artificial barriers would melt away... because we would
live like a big family and would work together for the benefit of
the whole. I desire the loving human interaction, the intimacy and
comfort of being able to ask. Everyone "needs" something and
certain people can fill those "needs". Sometimes a person has such
a specialized skill that they are hardly ever asked for
their "services" but their "being" adds to the whole in ways that
are intangible yet priceless.

I feel like if we merely tear down the barriers and live more
intimately with each other, expressing ourselves in transparent and
loving ways, all of our desires will be met. We are infinitely
resourceful and draw to ourselves what we "need." The key I believe
is to get to know one another. That is why the idea of starting
with Intentional Living appeals to me, it is kind of like an
experiment an honest and loving existence, a little oasis set aside
for the global experiment. When we are completely honest with
ourselves, the universe rushes in to assist us because we are
expressing ourselves from the soul level rather than the ego level.
Ego resists help and keeps us in competition with each other. Love
embraces it and allows for our differences and diversity to work in
perfect harmony, like a well-oiled machine.

I believe it is a matter of letting down our guard and allowing
others to do for us as we would do for them. We are very proud and
want to take care of ourselves but I feel like if we just went with
the flow, we would find that we create the perfect situations for
ourselves and all of our "needs" would be met.

To reiterate, we can help the world to remember who we are by
creating communities that are built on a paradigm of love rather
than fear, in order to elevate the consciousness of the planet by
upholding each other and embracing those who have not yet remembered
who they are. If you have the courage to see past your fears then
you make big jumps.
